Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us ahello@scribbleandstamp.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The returns address is different to the correspondence address. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer where the item is not damaged. Please keep all records of the return postage as items will not be refunded if the items are not received by us. 

Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is undelivered due to courier-related issues, please contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving the matter. Refunds relating to courier issues may take up to 30 days to process.

Damages and issues

We check all our products prior to shipping to ensure all our products leave us in the perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will either replace the item or issue a refund after verifying the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, due to the bespoke nature of our Personalised Products, we are unable to accept and returns unless faulty. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Personalised Items are non-refundable except if the item is in defective condition.

Processing Your Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved,  all refunds will be issued back to the same payment method from which the transaction was made and will take approximately 5-10 business days to appear in your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
