ORDERS & DELIVERY

 

As all of our products are personalised and finished in our UK based factory, we aim to dispatch all our orders within 3-5 working days excluding weekends and holidays.

Order Tracking

All deliveries are sent with tracking information. Customers will receive tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY – FREE ON ORDERS OVER £75.00

Orders less than £75 will be charged £2.99. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days via a 48 hour delivery service, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Excludes Channel Islands & N.Ireland. Please note, this is subject to change without prior warning.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery dates are provided during the checkout.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day, or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale.

EXPRESS DELIVERY - £5.99

For orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday we will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days using a 24 hour delivery service.  Select Express Delivery at the checkout. Excludes weekends and bank holidays. 

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery dates are provided during the checkout.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day, or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

We are unable to guarantee the processing of amendments or cancellations once your order has been received by our warehouse team. If we do catch your order in time we are able to amend the delivery addresses or we can cancel your order and refund your payment.

Please contact us as soon as possible to request an amendment or cancellation.

PERSONALISATION

Personalised Products

During busy periods orders containing items that require our monogramming, embroidery or engraving services may take up to an additional 3 working days. A delivery estimate will be provided to you at the checkout. Please note, due to the bespoke nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Personalised Packaging & Gift Cards

During busy periods our Personalised Packing Service may take longer to process. Rest assured, we will dispatch your perfectly personalised items as soon as they are ready!
